We are excited to offer the following full time, permanent vacancy at our HQ based in Marden, Herefordshire:

Financial Reporting Accountant

Reporting to the Finance Director your overall function will be:

- To manage the weekly, monthly and annual reporting requirements of the business
- Ensure that accurate management information is provided on a timely basis
- To assist the finance team in improving the content and quality of reporting
- Managing cash flow and profitability
- Forecasting on a day to day basis
- Managing the budget process and help the business to understand performance compared to budget

The successful applicant will:

- Be a qualified (ACA/ACCA) accountant with the technical skills and experience appropriate for the role
- Have experience of managing balance sheets, financial analysis and consolidation accounting
- Possess the desire to learn new skills, take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Have strong IT skills with the ability to analyse and manipulate data effectively and efficiently
- Have the ability to analyse financial information and add value to the business
- Be an effective team player with a 'hands on' approach able to deliver high quality performance
