We are looking for a Technical Analyst - End User who will provide a level of technical knowledge to undertake the troubleshooting and resolution to production incidents or problems independently.

Complete tasks to agreed levels of quality, within stated timescales with no supervision.

Look for improvement opportunities within the team and its processes/procedures. Be an effective team member who will provide support and guidance to peers and junior team members. Contribute to team efficiency through the creation of accurate technical documentation.

  • Configuring, supporting and maintaining Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 operating systems
  • Configuring, supporting and maintaining Microsoft Office 2010
  • Active Directory administration - group policy
  • SCCM 2012 software packaging & patching
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Support and maintenance of desktop and mobile devices (including tablets and mobile phones)

Desirable Skills:

  • Good For Enterprise administration
  • Blackberry Enterprise Server 12 administration
  • Configuring, supporting and maintaining Apple Mac operating systems
  • Basic Windows networking
  • Checkpoint Endpoint Protection
  • Symantec Antivirus
