Customer Care Advisor- Urgently required- Bromsgrove

AM2PM Recruitment Solutions are urgently seeking a Customer Care Advisor to be based in our well established clients team based in Bromsgrove.

Main duties include:

- Answering phone calls to our customers/sales reps
- Processing day to day orders via the phone and website
- Answering queries from customers e.g. chasing missing orders/out of stock frame information
- Admin roles such as filing/activating website accounts/sending catalogues out for new customers
- Offering head office support for our 9 person National Sales Team e.g. providing address details, setting up website accounts on their behalf.
- Reporting to Customer Care Supervisor who will organise your work when not on the phone.

Experience in customer services and answering incoming calls would be ideal although candidates who think they would be suitable and happy to learn shall be considered.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: GBP15k - GBP16k per annum depending on experience
