Insurance Renewals Administrator
A fantastic opportunity to join this leading Insurance Broker in their new office in Wolverhampton as an Insurance Renewals Administrator.
You will be responsible for administrating customer's renewal documentation and sending out documentation to invite customers to renew their insurance policies. You will ensure that all of the information is accurate and processed on time in accordance to company SLA's.
You will accurately determine associated renewal premiums, ensuring the relevant renewal invitation is submitted to the client within necessary time frames as determined by FCA regulatory requirements.
To be considered you must be well organised with a good attention to detail and the ability to communicate well up to management level.
You must have previous administration experience ideally from within an insurance business.
