My client are a leading provider of residential homes and apartments in the vibrant city centre market, due to high volumes of work they are looking for someone ideally with Residential agency experience within CFP to complete the task detailed below.
Job Purpose Summary
To accurately and on a timely basis manage the process of the lettings team client account transactions
Key Responsibilities :
Recording tenant receipts on CFP system on a daily basis.
Making landlord payments on a weekly basis.
Recording landlord payments on CFP system on a weekly basis.
Making payments to contractors on a monthly basis.
Recording contractor payments of CFP system on a monthly basis.
Making DPS payments on a monthly basis.
Recording DPS payments on CFP system.
Recording DPS receipts on CFP system on a daily basis.
Reconciling client account to CFP system on a monthly basis.
Dealing with email and telephone queries from Landlords and Tenants
Assisting lettings team with queries.
Making office account supplier, wages, and other payments on a monthly basis.
Credit control for lettings portfolio.
Raising additional invoices on lettings portfolio.
