Job Role: Service Advisor
Salary: £22,000 basic plus £12,000 Bonus opportunity + use of a company car
We are recruiting for:
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced Service Advisor looking to join a busy Service department in an established franchise dealership.
The successful applicant will be able to deliver high levels of customer care both face-to-face and on the telephone, work well in a team and thrive under pressure working to tight deadlines and be confident in up-selling in order to maximise bonus opportunities. Bonus is paid on budget achievement and CSI targets being met. Previous motor-trade experience in a similar role is essential, other applicants will not be considered as this is not a training role.
Your main duties will include booking in vehicles, keeping the customer updated and informed of the technicians progress, up selling additional work and accurately invoicing and documenting all work completed.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Motor trade experience is essential
·Working knowledge and understanding of Kerridge software would be a distinct advantage
·Works well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately
·Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain working relationships with the client base
·The ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
·A flexible approach to time-keeping so customer satisfaction can always be ensured.
·Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details.
