Training Manager Call Centre
Our client is a contact centre based in Stoke-on-Trent and is looking for an experienced Call Centre Training Manager or Trainer to join their training team on a Permanent basis.
As the training manager you will be responsible for all hard and soft skill training for contact centre staff both in design & delivery
As Training Manager you will
* Creates the training strategy in line with organisational needs.
* Works with senior stakeholders within the business to schedule training courses.
* Oversees the creation of any required training materials.
* Carrying out company inductions for new starters.
* Delivering training on a wide range of different skills from negotiation to objection handling.
* Carrying out follow up meetings post training course to evaluate effectiveness.
* Hold regular 1-1s with other trainers
* Support your team in screening the quality of calls through call listening.
* Designing and implementing plans & training for quality improvement.
* Previous experience of working within a call and contact centre environment.
* Experience in design & delivery of training material.
* Sound understanding of FCA regulations.
* Previous experience within a similar training role.
