SEND TA required to work in an SEN base within this mainstream Secondary school

Working within a dedicated SEN resource base in this secondary school based in Solihull. The school pride themselves on providing an excellent standard of pastoral care and an inclusive forward thinking approach.
Your new role
You will be required to support a number of pupils with special educational needs, SEND including ASD, Speech and Language and mental health issues. Experience supporting pupils with EAL would also be advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in SEND is an absolute must, including an excellent understanding of specific SEND and the ability to support and implement learning.
