My client school are currently seeking an outstanding Physics graduate to fulfil a Teaching Assistant vacancy within a Secondary school based within the LEA of Dudley. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and show the passion and enthusiasm to work within a secondary school’s Science department helping the teaching staff to support pupils in reaching their goals.
In your role as a Teaching Assistant, you will be working within the school’s Science and possibly Maths departments helping support pupils on the C-D borderlines, mid-range and the talented & gifted. You will be required to embrace the school’s ethos, learn from the staff around you, and utilise your own initiative to provide excellent classroom support and aid in the development of those pupils you support.
