Tate are working exclusively with one of the fastest growing and nationally renowned transport businesses in the UK. They have trusted us in finding them 2x Customer Support Controllers to join their busy team working in Derby, close to Pride Park.
We are looking for experienced contact centre representatives!
Candidates will not be considered at entry level and must have a solid working history in a customer service/contact centre environment.
A knowledge or background in transport planning or scheduling is very much desired and would be an advantage. Candidates will also be considered if they possess an extensive working history in the finance/banking sector.
They are looking for individuals who are engaging, professional, hard-working with the ability to work in a highly pressured and exciting environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication is also essential for this post.
On a daily basis you will be responding to customer queries in real time through a range of channels in order to deliver passenger information and provide retail system support including:
• Social Media
You must be able to work a shift pattern on a rota basis of 35 hours per week.
This role is offered as an ongoing temporary contract for a minimum of 3 months and candidates must be available to start immediately.
