Administrator for Warwickshire Business
A progressive business based in Warwickshire is seeking a skilled administrator to assist with an on-going project. You will be expected to collate information, identify discrepancies and files for further investigation and identify certain trains. This role will suit an individual who strives to improve processes, rectify issues and implement new ideas.
This varied role will primarily involve:
Identifying and inputting data in relation to the correct files
Analysis of information with the aim of noting trends and providing reports
Logging of risks and issues to escalate if necessary
Implementation of improvements and new practices
Completion of ad hoc projects when required
General administration duties
The successful Administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:
Ideally some previous administration/data entry exposure
A good working knowledge of MS Office
Strong attention to detail
This role would suit a recent graduate who is keen to expand upon their office experience. This is a temporary role lasting until around January, potentially longer.
