Service Management Analyst
About The Role
We are looking for a Service Management Analyst to provide generalist support and coordination for the Service Management area of the Society’s IT Service Operations team, working within the Society’s published policies and controls. This role will work across the breadth of service management disciplines, including Service Design, Transition, Operations and Continual Service Improvement.
This role is required to formulate, present and justify changes to IT service management processes, so confidence and appropriate influencing skills are a must. This role also has a heavy analytical element, so excellent data security, mathematical and analysis skills are extremely important.
Essential Skills and Experience:
ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, customer service background, and/or IT experience. Data security awareness is required, as this role requires extensive data handling and analysis.
Role related knowledge:
- Microsoft Office 2010 minimum
- Previous experience within an ITIL-aligned service management environment
- Experience with an ITSM tool is an advantage
