The Role - Account Manager

The role involves:

* 70% account management 30% new business

* Selling the company's range of business products

* Selling into all businesses including SME's

* Taking over a high performing territory with a well-established customer base

* National marketing campaigns giving the products UK wide exposure

* Autonomous role managing your own time and diary

* Home based role - One day in the Birmingham office every week

* Territory covers Birmingham, Stafford, Coventry, Leicester, Derby and Nottingham

* Selling via face to face meetings

* Nurture existing accounts in order to maximise sales

* Working for an open and friendly manager

* Selling high quality branded products

Personal Skills - Account Manager

Essential skills needed for the Account Manager role are as follows:

Field sales experience; Experience managing a territory; Hungry, driven and believes in nothing less than 100%; Someone who is willing to learn and improve themselves; Must be confident delivering PowerPoint presentations in a structured and effective manner; An individual that has the ability to influence at all levels; Excellent communication, questioning and listening skills; Capable of offer excellent customer service; Flexible in approach; Must be passionate, ooze energy & have enthusiasm coupled with a polished image.
