Specialist recruitment team urgently require a marketing professional to join their sales team to manage all advertising, social media and marketing activities. You will be an organised, self-motivated and technically literate candidate with an excellent grasp of the written word looking for a varied role who wants to make a difference to an independent company.

Operating in a niche and dynamic industry sector, our clients and candidates expect the highest levels of service and in order for us to maintain our professional standing within the industry, we need a candidate to support our sales team enhancing structured marketing activities.

This will be a varied role and where there will be key duties, we anticipate the opportunity for a degree of autonomy and creativity as the business continues to grow and expand into new areas. The following will be incorporated into your daily tasks:

- Compiling of all job advertisements both internal and external across a broad range of job types and industry sectors
- Management of all website marketing including optimisation
- Compilation of client marketing material
- Management of all social media outlets including development of the company's profile, job posting, new candidate attraction and sourcing relevant articles
- Further development and management of the company website
- Writing blog posts discussing the latest industry happenings and job opportunities
- Writing news articles for the website
- Liaising with exhibition teams to develop company exposure
- Sourcing new avenues for potential advertising opportunities

We currently have two offices within a business innovation centre in Nuneaton and a stunning period property in the historic town of Dudley. A third office location is currently being sought in Shifnal, just outside of Telford.

Joining a friendly and busy team, we are a well-established business with a reputation for providing excellent levels of bespoke recruitment. Each office is easily accessible buy car or public transport.

You will be:

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive and organised
- Have a good understanding of social media and be aware of current market trends - we are looking for more than just Facebook & Twitter!
- Have an excellent ability with the written word - preferably possessing A Level or higher in subjects such as English, History, Creative Writing, Law or Journalism
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be ready to take on a new challenge!

Ideally you will have previously worked within a busy sales or recruitment environment or be a Graduate who seeks a progressive opportunity. This is a fast paced business therefore you must be able to multi-task and complete work accurately under sometimes tight time constraints. If you have experience of Photoshop this will be highly advantageous.

Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 5:30pm with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to consider part-time applications as this is a full-time need for our business. Salary is negotiable depending on level of experience and we offer good benefits including BUPA and the opportunity to earn bonus.
