Facilities Co-ordinator Stafford

The Facilities Co-ordinator is responsible for the co-ordination and administration of all of the workload that the facilities team oversee. They will need to help the team to ensure that they are fully supported to provide an efficient and effective facilities management service to the business.

Role & Responsibilities

* To provide an effective facilities service desk service, including: liaising with heads of departments and branch staff to identify their facilities related requirements and propose and manage cost-effective solutions.
* Facilities service desk co-ordination: Provide a first line contact for the Facilities Department for all internal and external customers/contractors.
* Manage the issuing and cancellation of security passes to staff and contractors.
* Oversee waste management processes and contracts.
* Co-ordinate and oversee the day to day running of the Health & Safety compliance programme ensuring all branches meet compliance requirements.
* Assist in the compliance of existing Health and Safety policy, safe working throughout all branches, liaising closely with the Head of Department and Health & Safety Manger.
* Assist the Head of Properties to monitor service standards in all branches.
* Liaise with building contractors to follow through on approved work.
* Assist Head of Property with Dilapidations administration and settlement agreements.
* Liaise with building surveyor to follow through with Dilapidation scope of works.
* Record and monitor all Facilities Management related costs for all branches.
* Check and process invoices.
* Obtain monthly reports from various suppliers outlining the service used or provided.
* Ensure all Facilities information is up to date in property folder.
* Work with Property Co-ordinator to ensure Asset register maintained and updated.
* Provide administrative support to the Head of Properties.
* Any adhoc duties required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Facilities or property experience required.
