HR Shared Service Advisor
I have a short term opportunity for an experienced HR Shared Service Advisor to support my client on an interim basis for approximately 1-3 months
Based in Nuneaton, my client is an established brand who are nationally recognised and a leader in their field
Reporting into the HR Consultant, the HR Shared Service Advisor is responsible for acting as the first point of contact for phone and email advice to colleagues and managers.
You will be providing guidance on queries relating to recruitment, disciplinary & grievance, annual leave and flexible working, as well as providing advice relating to HR policy.
This service is phone based, but you will also oversee the HR Shared Service email inbox, as well as being responsible for ER case tracking.
Key Experience/ Skills
- A highly experienced HR Shared Service Advisor with extensive generalist experience
- Experience of working within a shared service environment
- Organised, with ability to prioritise own workload effectively
- Highly articulate and engaging, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role is available on an interim basis for approximately 1-3 months and is offered either on a FTC or PAYE basis. Working hours are 8.30 - 17.00.
