My Newcastle based client is looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join their busy Business Support team, specifically with a focus on the scrutiny and validation of invoices, sundry costs and recharging for their clients. The role will involve using business systems to update, report and trend data.

Key Accountabilities:
*Analyse, verify, and enter cost and performance data in to their management system, ensuring accuracy at all times.
*Process financial information, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documents/data and resolve inconsistencies and errors.
*Follow up with suppliers where documents/data sets are deemed incomplete.
*Collating and validating data sets from suppliers and importing onto our fleet management system.
*Advanced use of excel functions to analyse and interpret data sets.
*Managing system data to ensure it is complete and accurate at all times, including auditing data.
*Maintaining business relationships with clients and third party suppliers.
*Invoice querying with suppliers and successfully achieving savings where possible.
*Provide support to internal departments with the supply of data upon request within agreed timescales.
*Support the production of Business Information.
Key Experience and Skills:
*Experience of invoice control/validation essential.
*Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, vlookup, conditional formatting, formulas and queries (e.g. IF etc.).
*Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook.
*Accurate and efficient data entry skills
*An eye for detail.
*Ability to plan own workload to meet fixed deadlines and SLAs.
*Strong analytical skills
*Experience of office administration
