Financial Planning Admin Manager
My client is a, well respected IFA practice that seeks to build a long term, trusting relationship with their clients by providing their financial planning services to their clientele both at the outset and as an ongoing service.
They embrace the use of new technology and have a well-qualified support team assisting the IFA’s to make the best decisions for their clients.
They provide tailored financial planning advice and really go the extra mile to provide a personalised service.
This is a fantastic position for an office manager to join a growing financial planning firm who are well established and have multiple offices across the UK.
You will be providing high level administrative duties as well as managing and developing a team of back office support for the business to ensure that the business runs smoothly.
Communicating and liaising with staff, professional contacts and clients
Preparation and processing of all aspects of new business through to completion as well as dealing with existing clients
Monitoring and maintaining client cash positions
Preparation and despatch of six-monthly valuation statements
To process new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards.
Manage wide range of queries from clients and Advisers taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and coach the other members of the administration team
What’s needed for me to be considered?
Experience within an IFA firm would be highly desirable
Experience of working with financial advisors and a strong understanding of the administrative duties that are required within a financial planning firm.
Management experience would be advantageous
