We have a very exciting opportunity to join our growing Product Support Group (Field Service) team, based in Coventry, with the successful candidate receiving comprehensive training across a range of technologies. This is the perfect position for someone looking for a start or progression within the IT industry.
Attitude, ability, personality and drive are the most important attributes at Proact, so whilst a background from within the technology sector would be advantageous, it is not essential.
Candidates must be confident with travelling and navigating around major cities and working in a warehouse and office environment.

Based in Coventry
Delivery of computer components to customer sites across the UK to meet strict SLA’s.
Replacement of failed computer components (upon completion of training)
Equipment moves and installations (upon completion of training)
Assisting the warehouse team with deliveries, shipments and general duties.
Managing a stock system database
Out of Hours Standby (upon completion of training)
Essential Experience Required:
Current clean driving licence with minimum 2 years driving experience
Technical background relating to PC repair and upgrades
The ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work late on occasions.
Field working experience preferred but not essential.
Experience of driving fleet vehicles from car to transit size.
Server/Storage systems knowledge.
General IT experience
Microsoft Office experience
