Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Rate of pay: £9.00 per hour / £18,000 per annum
Location: Outer Solihull Region
An urgent opening has arisen for a Customer Concierge to work for an international marketing and events company.
Looking for someone who can start immediately, this role requires candidates with strong customer service skills, a full driving license and clear communication skills.
The role will include, but not be limited to:
- Handling a large volume of calls from clients regarding enquiries for events
Establishing and building relationships with clients over calls and emails
Acting as the first point of contact to customers and staff entering the premises
Directing customers and staff to meeting rooms and on-site events
Undertaking administration duties to include filing, faxing, photocopying and scanning
Working off-site on occasion to provide event support
Answering phones in a clear, professional manner and passing queries onto relevant parties
In order to be successful for the role, applicants must have:
A full driving license and access to a vehicle
A strong customer service and administration skillset
An interest in events, marketing or automation
