Ernvale House are seeking a temporary administrator to cover sickness leave within the home for 3-6 months.

Hours are full time covering Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate to be discussed.

The role will involve directly supporting the home manager in office based tasks such as;

So support the Home Manager with the day to day running of the office.
To be the first port of call for visitors, residents' relatives, and professionals on a day to day basis.
To provide receptionist duties and administration support to the Management Team within the home.
To ensure that all correspondence and reports, including general clerical duties, typing, and photocopying are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
To implement systems to collate accurate information as requested by the Management team.
Ensure the residents index cards are up-dated on a regular basis
Ensure that payslips are distributed to all staff members
Report all staff hours to the care and nursing director on a weekly basis.
To ensure that all associated paperwork and documentation is kept
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Be committed to your own continued professional development
You will maintain excellent working relationships and engagement with residents and their families, as well as acting as an ambassador for the company.
