Customer Service Professional

Cooking Marvellous is an award winning,  innovative, online retail business, selling cookware, food, and health & beauty products worldwide.  We retail to customers in 130 different countries, dispatching thousands of orders every week.

 A vacancy has now arisen for a Customer Service Professional at our offices in Battlefield, in Shrewsbury.

This varied and exciting position includes 

  • Communicating with worldwide customers by phone and email
  • Processing returns, and contacting customers with specific order queries.
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Shopping locally (using a pool car) to source specific products

This is an interesting job in a fast paced environment, and it is essential that the applicant

 

  • Has excellent written communication skills
  • Has excellent computer skills, with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Is enthusiastic, with a  naturally customer friendly attitude
  • Is happy working under pressure and to deadlines
  • Is a natural multi tasker, who works in a logical and ordered fashion.
  • Holds a full driving licence without penalties

The position would suit an energetic and enthusiastic person, who enjoys working as part of a team.   Whilst there is definitely an element of desk work, this job includes a lot of hands on work around the business, as well as time spent out and about in Shrewsbury / Telford. 

Salary circa £20,000 per annum, but negotiable depending on experience.
