Brook Street Coventry are currently looking for experienced candidates who are looking for a new exciting role with a worldwide leading automotive company.

This role is to provide customer service to Drivers, End users, Fleet managers and Contact centres. In this role you will be primarily supporting clients with their fleet needs, this role involves business development and ensuring all targets are met. You will be managing your own corporate case workload, working to tight deadlines, assisting retailer network in delivery of a premium customer service experience.
The right candidate must have a professional approach as they will be meeting with customers face to face to discuss their fleet needs and inspecting vehicles.

Candidates must have at least 3 years experience as a case manager or similar role, candidates must be flexible and available immediately.

This role is an 8 week temp to perm, salary is GBP21,000pa which increases to GBP23,000pa after 18 months
