Role Overview

Due to continued expansion a permanent opportunity is available for a hands-on, proactive Marketing Manager (non-supervisory) based in our offices between Telford and Shrewsbury.

This role will include understanding the company's multiple business objectives, planning and implementing the complete marketing mix in line with these goals, as well as supporting the Sales Team to ensure growth targets are met.

Our product range includes some of the best seating on the market for audiences in the sports & stadium, cinema, education and auditorium sectors. Key Role Objectives

Creating and managing all marketing collateral
Organising attendance at trade exhibitions
Creating regular sector-specific email campaigns
Maintaining the Ferco global website
Leading all SEO and PPC activity in conjunction with outside agencies
Copywriting and maintaining company's social media presence
Evaluating marketing initiatives based on ROI
Investigating and analysing new marketing opportunities
Sourcing and qualifying potential sales leads
Maintaining information on internal CRM systems
Managing telephone and email enquiries from new and existing clients

Candidate Profile

Experience in a similar role within either Marketing or Sales
Knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing techniques
Strong copywriting ability
Exposure to Photoshop software
A background within a B2B environment would be beneficial
Ability to take on new challenges
Capacity to multitask and focus on several different projects simultaneously
A working knowledge of Salesforce software would be advantageous
Knowledge of Microsoft software
Excellent communication at all levels

Due to our location and occasional travel requirements a clean driving license and vehicle will be necessary for this role.
