We are currently recruiting for a Registered Care Home Manager to join a luxury care home within Stoke-on-Trent.

The home cares for individuals with a variety of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health and end of life.
The staff provide an exceptionally high standard of support to the service users living at the property and the CQC reports reflect this with a Good rating.

Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Management
- Compliance with regulations
- Developing strong internal and external relationships
- Conducting pre-admission assessments
- Leading and motivating your team
- Recruitment
- Co-ordinating staff training and development
- Staff appraisals.

The ideal applicant:
- Will have previous care home management experience
- Will have QCF/NVQ Level 4 or 5
- Must have strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

This is a full time position, with a starting salary of GBP30,000 and an excellent benefits package.
