A global business with a growing and ever changing finance department.


  • Maintaining purchase ledger, completing regular payment runs and setting up and documenting new suppliers
  • Prepare and submit foreign payments and maintain foreign invoice list
  • Maintaining sales ledger, raising sales invoices and responding to queries from customers
  • Manage foreign currency float, dealing with issues and returns to various stakeholders
  • Responsible for the accounting and statutory returns
  • Responsible processing payment of expense claims
  • Provide cover for the authorising and settling of treasury transactions
  • Assist group finance and improve efficiency of various processes


  • A proven track record in a large business is preferable
  • A candidate with a 'can do' attitude
  • A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
