As a Capital Income advisor, you will be responsible to process bank deposits and applications for new connections the Severn Trent water & waste network to meet daily service level agreements reported to OFWAT. We are looking for an experienced candidate with a positive attitude, always taking a proactive approach in order to complete tasks on strict timescales. Your day to day activities will include processing new connection applications onto SAP to daily SLA, contacting customers to obtain payments, responding/resolving customer and intra departmental queries, communicating with New Connection team, and support other team.

As a Capital Income Advisor, your key skills and competencies will include: - A customer focused attitude - having a positive and empathetic approach to resolving customer queries - Ability to complete tasks in a strict timescale and also have the ability to multitask - A 'Right first time' attitude - focusing on high quality of work - Ability to work well in a team, sharing knowledge, and being supportive - Works well under pressure with the ability to remain calm and self controlled - Ability to adapt to change, drive own development, and have the ability to work in a target driven environment - GCSE's or equivalent in English and Maths at grade C or above
