My client plays a pivotal role representing children in the family court processes, working with key professionals to make sure the children and young people are put first and their voices heard. They are recruiting for a HR officer based in Coventry to support the corporate services and business centre alongside working closely with the senior leadership teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a credible and respected HR professional, looking to develop their career in an amazing organisation working with key stakeholders that are reputable in their field. You will be supporting the delivery of an operational and strategic HR service covering all elements of employee relations, work force planning, learning and development, creating health and wellbeing initiatives and contribution to wider HR strategies. The HR officer will be expected to create strong relationships with the leadership team quickly building a rapport and creating confidence with the individuals they will support.
Due to the nature of the amazing work they do it often involves volume and complex ER cases that are sensitive to the individuals involved therefore attention to detail and excellent ER case work experience is essential. Experience working in a large complex organisation would be useful as you will be part of a wider national HR team and in total an organisation with an employee base of 8500. The role will include travel to other sites allowing for additional opportunity to work with new teams and in support HRBP's and new HR strategy across the organisation.
