Reception Manager/ Head of Reception
This leading property management company are looking for a Reception Manager to join there team. Reporting to the Senior Management team you will be looking after a luxury residential development in the City Centre.
As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a luxury 5* reception area in Birmingham City Centre.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting incoming guests
- Various customer service duties for example; dealing with queries and complaints
- Overseeing the reception area making sure all standards are met.
- Dealing with couriers
- Health & safety
- Building checks
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential
- Good communication skills
