Award winning, corporate organisation looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join this small, friendly team. This is a new role that has been created due to the continued success of the company.

Duties to include:-

- Pre-Employment Screening checks, plus DVLA and CSCS Card checks
- Adding new starters to company Intranet
- Updating monthly employee benefits spreadsheet
- Undertaking inductions
- Producing new starter induction packs
- Producing offer letter packs
- Chasing up outstanding new starter documents, i.e. signed contracts
- Reminding line managers on upcoming probations/appraisals required
- General Support with queries in regards to Benefits,
- Filing and archiving
- Uploading of documents onto system
- Managing the agency starters and leavers;
- checking agencies and project team with regards to HSEQ certificates
- Informing IT of new starters and IT kits returned from leavers

Skills required:-
- Minimum 1 year HR Administration experience
- IT literate including word and excel
- Ability to multi task, and strong organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail, methodical approach
- Team player

Working hours Full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
