Hours: GBPMonday and Wednesday 9.30am - 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 11am - 8pm, Friday 9.30am - 5pm

My client specialise in providing solutions to dissatisfied timeshare owners and are based within Redditch town centre. They are seeking experienced Telemarketing Consultants to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The main aim of the role is to generate and book appointments for members of the sales team by cold calling from an existing database. Successful candidates will be expected to promote the products and services of the company. Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Making outbound calls to an existing database to generate leads for the booking team
* Targeted on around 300 dials per day
* Data cleansing
* Client follow ups
* On completion of 3 sales in a pay period, an enhancement of GBP0.20 per hour will be awarded for all hours worked that period
* On completion of 5 sales in a pay period, an enhancement of GBP0.50 per hour will be awarded for all hours worked that period
* A sales commission of GBP25.00 will be paid for each of the first two sales in a pay period
* On completion of 3 sales in a pay period, the sales commission will rise to GBP75.00 for ALL sales completed in that period.

As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:
* Must have previous experience working within a telesales role
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work toward and achieve set targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must have a positive attitude
* Confident with a drive to success
* Well-presented appearance
