About the role

As Business Process Analyst, you will identify and undertake a range of improvement activities to help develop our continuous improvement culture. You will manage a portfolio of process improvement projects and facilitate development of improvement skills across the business. You will scope and analyse business processes and develop and embed our approach to service improvement/cultural change.

In this key role you will effectively lead the development and improvement of systems, processes and practices.

About you

You will be proactive in your approach and have substantial business analysis or process improvement portfolio/experience. You will have a strong knowledge of managing programmes and multiple projects successfully at a senior level or as part of a change management team. You will also have excellent analytical, investigative and problem solving skills along with a relevant qualification in Lean, Six Sigma or systems based process management methodologies. In addition to this good IT skills are also required.
