Quality and Training Manager
My client, a successful and established financial services company is looking for a Quality and Training Manager to join their team.
The purpose of the role is to be accountable for overseeing the training and coaching of customer services and sales teams through the successful leadership a team of Training and Quality Specialists. To coach and develop direct reports through regular observations of training and coaching sessions to ensure high quality and to ensure that all FCA regulations and contractual obligations are being trained and audited effectively through excellent leadership of your team.
In this role, you will be point of contact internally and externally for any questions/issues regarding training and quality. You will design and deliver training in line with business needs as well as designing and implementing quality and compliance scorecards ensuring that internal standards meet client expectations at all times. You will effectively lead and manage your team of trainers and quality specialists and recruit and manage the onboarding process of any new hires within your team.
In order to apply for this role, you must have a CIPD in Learning and Development and have experience wihtin a similar role, particularly within financial services in order that you have a strong knwoledge of FCA regulations, TCF and anti money laundering regs.
