Assystem are currently recruiting on behalf of our engineering consultancy client for a NVH Project Engineer to join their team of over 3,000 world-wide professional consultants, engineers and staff. As a NVH Project Engineer, you will be a key member of their product development team as you work to continuously improve the Vehicle NVH processes being utilised. Based in Warwickshire, you will be working on a contract basis.
As a NVH Project Engineer, you will primarily be responsible for:
*Technical delivery of CAE work packages
*Supporting the development of optimal techniques for modelling vehicle sub-assemblies/attributes
*Running targeted projects to address high hurts systemic modelling issues
*Exploring CAE techniques to develop an understanding of up-coming vehicle technologies
*Liaise with other CAE teams to ensure Vehicle NVH methods can be integrated across the company
*Assisting with CAE capability projects
*Working closely with existing attribute areas to ensure method alignment and modelling synergy

To be considered for the role of NVH Project Engineer, you will ideally have the following:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
*Experience in NVH CAE and Programming
*Experience of Full Vehicle modelling
*Experience of using commercial simulation products
*Understanding of modelling theory
*Educated to Degree level in Mechanical, Automotive or similar engineering discipline
