We are currently looking to recruit a Resourcing Assistant to work within our fast paced candidate focused Recruitment Resourcing Team based in Birmingham. This is a new role within the team and we are looking for an individual with excellent organisational and communication skills alongside an exceptional attention to detail, who can help ensure that our candidates receive a first class on-boarding experience.

This role is working 35 hours per week, plus paid lunch break (40 hours in total).

The successful candidate will have an understanding and experience of:
- Administration, preferably related to a HR function.
- Dealing with enquires from third parties and managers on day to day basis via both telephone and email.
- Organisational and planning and the ability to deal with conflicting priorities.
- Computerised systems.
- Previous experience of working with computerised HR systems and databases is desirable but not essential.

Interviews for this role are looking to take place 7th September
