An excellent opportunity for a Programme Management Assistant has arisen with our client who is an established provider of affordable housing within the Staffordshire region.

To form part of the Asset Management team, a programme delivery assistant is now immediately required to provide a full support service in order to efficiently deliver the organisations investment programme.

Key duties

• Plan and manage planned maintenance programmes to existing housing stock
• Produce reports around completion stages and timeframes
• Ensure that all compliance is in order as per legal obligations
• Provide support to residents ahead of planned improvement works
• Monitor and maintain existing database to ensure that contracts are stored securely
• Deliver small programmes of work through efficient liaison with external contractors.

You will also have:

• Experience within an Asset Management, Programme Delivery on Housing Repairs role is essential
• Excellent IT skills with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel
• Quality communication and organisation skills

The successful Programme Management Assistant will understand the need to thoroughly manage a compliance process and assist in the delivery of planned maintenance.
