Contract duration: 6 months

Have you got a combination of technical service desk skills and excellent customer service?

My client is looking for a 1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst who will provide a single point of contact for all IS service requests, ensuring an efficient and professional service is provided, meeting customer demands within agreed SLA.

Key responsibilities:

- Co-ordinate appropriate responses, including channel requests for help to the right team, monitor progress, keep users informed of progress.
- Receive and accurately log IS service requests from users, ensuring all are responded to in a timely manner and within SLA. Update and maintain call logs accurately.
- Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Experience required:

- Experience of providing service desk/desktop IT support for a networked and multi-site business.
- Detailed Windows XP/7/8 operating systems (Office 365 beneficial)
- PC Configuration and SCCM
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also demonstrate initiative and ability to prioritise your own workload effectively.
- Supporting and maintaining Windows desktop operating systems across multi-site operations.
- Supporting and maintaining Microsoft desktop applications such as Office, Outlook, Lync.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to talk with customers and users at all levels.
