The commission is uncapped so the sky is the limit, the OTE stated above realistically takes into account learning the products.
My client is looking for dynamic sales people and they are happy to provide product training, so a great attitude, positive approach, desire to earn and proven sales skills are more important than industry knowledge.
To achieve your personal targets you will be selling the clients full portfolio of telecoms services B2B with the emphasis being on Hosted Voice. You will be renewing business from within the existing customer base and winning back previous customers. With upselling, cross selling and new business making up the remainder of your sales.

The Role:
• Responsible for achieving a personal target from supplied campaigns, self-generated business and referrals
• Calling targeted customers and prospective customers and selling communications solutions, predominantly into the SME market.
• Deliver across a full portfolio of telecoms products and services against set monthly targets with an emphasis on Cloud based VoIP systems.
• Reporting to the Sales Manager developing an effective sales strategy to build a consistent value pipeline from within the existing customer base and to develop new business within the territory
• Working closely with the business to identify sectors to grow your sales
• Deliver a professional service to your prospective customers to uphold the organisation's excellent reputation and the clients brand
• Deliver accurate weekly forecasting to your line manager
• To take an active part in weekly sales meetings and to attend required training sessions when requested to do so
• Identify prospective customers needs and requirements and match them to a solution from within the portfolio
• Keep the CRM updated to reflect your sales activity, ensuring accuracy of records to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• To take responsibility for your customers and see the sale through to completion liaising with your line manager and the sales support team as necessary
• To assist with campaigns into new markets and sectors as defined by the business

Qualifications and experience:
• Experience within a target driven Telesales environment
• Knowledge of Telecoms/VoIP/Hosted Solutions would be an advantage
• Experience of using CRM's with excellent written English and a real understanding of the importance of accurate reporting, customer care and brand enhancement/protection
• Computer literate
• Experience of communicating with people at all levels by phone and email
