Data Analytics Manager
ISS are one of the world's leading service organisations and we are currently looking to recruit a Data Analytics Manager.
As the Data Analytics Manager, you will manage the production of reports and data analysis of the Engineering Services operations to guide operational decision making. You will also manage the implementation of the Business Intelligence Strategy, including suitable systems/tools and transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful reports with analysis for the operations, finance and commercial teams.
These reports will be used by the wider Engineering Services business and Account teams to analyse the job management process, understand the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation and guide decision making.
Overview of Responsibilities
Responsible for investigating any escalated reporting deviations, logging system bugs/exceptions and system enhancement requests.
Responsible for building and developing business and contract specific reports including innovative data presentation, complex dashboards etc.
Establish, maintain and improve business processes related to business intelligence data; to develop, recommend, and implement enhancements or changes as necessary.
Engage with and support ICT teams in development/implementation of business wide system solutions/processes.
Set up and design of required reports subscriptions.
Continuously develop and improve upon existing reporting and analysis.
Progressively develop and manage a small team, motivate and coach.
Applications are invited from experienced data analysis professionals or similar who have previous experience in data analytics projects within FM, outsourcing, engineering or similar.
Additional requirements for the role include:-
Excellent knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
An understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
An understanding of data warehousing concepts
Ability to communicate with both non-technical users and technical team members
Experience with structured query language (SQL).
Experience using multiple formulas, pivot tables.
Experience in design and analysing of reports.
