Our client based in Aldridge are currently looking to recruit a Part-time administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Attending meetings
  • Taking minutes
  • Maintaining documents on internal systems
  • Keeping training records and other documentation up to date
  • Booking training courses when required
  • Maintaining staff holiday records
  • Liaising with importers r.e. arrival dates of shipped goods
  • Booking suppliers to complete maintenance work
  • Maintaining records of annual maintenance requirements
  • Correspondence for directors
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Collating timesheets and clock cards for payroll
  • Maintaining a filing system
  • Ordering cleaning materials and stationary

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Experience of working in a similar position
  • Minute taking experience
  • A car driver with access to own transport
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Happy working within a small company
  • Flexibility to take on other roles within the business when necessary

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm

Salary: GBP9 - 10 per hour
