You will be working in a modern and lively office for a company that has been established for almost 50 years. This award winning company is looking to extend their creative team and recruit for a new employee that will promote and continue to offer a quality service to their customers and uphold their outstanding reputation in the industry.

As a Loan Administrator, you will be:
* Supporting the Managers to ensure cases are completed for customers within the agreed timescales
* Managing a case load of 30-40 customers at one time
* Obtaining customer documents to ensure that the loan can be completed
* Advising customers on valuations for loans
* Building relationships with customers
* Identifying opportunities for new business
* Effectively liaising with various departments, including Sales, Underwriters and Loan Managers
* Adhering to all industry regulations and standards
* Upselling services to customers
* Completing general administration duties

As the successful Loan Administrator within the finance industry, you will:
* Be driven and self-motivated
* Be able to work to a fast pace, with excellent attention to detail
* Have a positive and encouraging attitude
* You may have experience working as a Loan Administrator, Administrator, Retail Assistant, Waiter or Waitress or in Customer Service

As the Loan Administrator your salary will be circa GBP16,500 per year.
