National Star are looking for a person centred, dynamic and proactive Care & Education Facilitator to support students with physical and learning disabilities at our college in Hereford.

As a Facilitator you will provide high standards of support for our learners with their personal care, therapy, social and educational activities. You will be self-motivated and able to use your initiative and demonstrate a positive attitude towards the aspirations of young people with disabilities.

Experience of working with people with disabilities or learning difficulties and a relevant qualification is desirable however applications will be considered from applicants with no previous experience but who can demonstrate the potential to develop in the role.

Excellent induction and ongoing training will be provided and you will have the chance to shape the development of this exciting new provision.
This is a temporary post, covering maternity leave until July 2018.
