The hours of work are working between 7.00am - 7.00pm Monday - Friday and working 1 in 5 Saturdays with a day off in the week on a 6 months contract.

Can be an immediately for the right candidate!

As a customer service administrator you will be interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about deliveries and services. You will be required to provide the highest standards of service support and an enjoyable customer experience for customers so ensuring the company's service is the best in the market.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 24 months experience in a previous role, knowledge of customer service principles and practices as well as being proficient in all aspects of MS Office.
