COMPANY PROFILE

This company works closely with its clients to support their global expansion by adding value through project management, service measurement and a variety of resupply solutions.

ROLE

Under limited supervision perform administrative and customer support duties via a variety of communication channels.

  • 37 hours a week Monday to Friday
  • Working on a rota system - one week - 8 am - 4.30 pm and the alternative week 10.30 am - 7 pm
  • 25 days holidays + statutory bank holidays
  • Salary GBP20,000
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff and customers at all levels
  • Understand and support customers' aims and responsibilities
  • Understand customer operations and equipment impact
  • Ensure information processed is of the highest standard and accuracy
  • Provide administrative support on a variety of tasks and projects, to all departments and customers as required
  • Update and accurately maintain databases to agreed timeframes
  • Track and respond appropriately to incoming correspondence from internal and external customers
  • Produce correspondence and reports using appropriate software and tools
