We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work on a full time permanent basis in Coventry City Centre. The purpose of the role is to provide accurate and effective frontline administrative support to the team leader and excellent customer service to our clients, suppliers and candidates.

The role will involve working Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm and offers a starting salary of GBP18,000.

Main duties for the Administrator:

Communicating daily with key clients, suppliers, managers and candidates to offer the best service levels and identify any future needs.

Creating and maintaining manual and computerised records

Record track and record daily and weekly activity

To take accurate and timely messages and to pass them onto the relevant person.

To send concise and courteous emails to candidates and clients

Accurately managing and updating data spreadsheets daily and weekly onto in-house systems to ensure all activity is tracked and measured.

Providing the team leader with timely business information daily and weekly

Responding promptly to client and candidate queries

Handling clients and candidate situations sensitively and maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

Planning, organising and building contingencies daily to meet daily and weekly SLA's and KPI's

Ideal candidate:

The ability and confidence to use your own initiative, when faced with obstacles but knowing when to escalate to the team leader when appropriate

Striving to deliver continuous improvement to customer/client service levels Checking daily spreadsheet data entries ensure accuracy

Attending and contributing to team meetings to ensure targets and KPI's are met and knowledge and best practice are shared with colleagues

Identifying and implementing relevant training to ensure continual personal and team development. Knowledge

Person Specification:

An intermediate working knowledge of MS Word - a good understanding of how to format or edit documents to a high standard of presentation

An intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel - can produce accurate spreadsheets

Experience of an administrative function in a service environment

Experience of meeting deadlines and targets

Ability to create Excel spreadsheets

Ability to compose concise and courteous emails
