Business Development Manager - Midlands GBP35,000 - GBP50,000 + OTC
My client, a global consultancy with offices based in the Midlands is looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join their rapidly growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following
Driving sales of the software and company services through gaining new customers in the UK.
Lead all parts of the sales process such as lead generation and management, closing new business and evaluation.
Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce)
Carry a quota and exceed sales targets
Provide the client with a great and precise experience of both the product and consulting services
Training will be provided to help develop and support your understanding of the product and how it's positioned within the competitive market.
Training will be provided from the outset with a full two-week boot camp along with continuous professional development and team lead mentorship.
The successful candidate would have the following experience;
Strong experience and success in Sales
Have an outgoing and approachable personality
Motivated to attract new customers to the company
Strong communication skills dealing with all different levels of management
Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
Best suited for someone who lives in the Midlands
Good understanding of business intelligence, databases and analytics, with a technical or business background preferable (desired)
