The role of OCEANFREIGHT IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES is working for one of the largest and most prestigious Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisations. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Freight Forwarding professional who has a good level of knowledge and experience of Oceanfreight Import operations.
The successful candidate will be joining an ever expanding, profitable, busy and efficient Oceanfreight Import department.
Responsibilities will be to handle Oceanfreight Import global FCL & LCL shipments from start to finish, with an emphasis on Customer Service. Duties will include taking enquiries and making bookings, liaising with overseas offices and Shipping Lines, tracking shipments, processing Documentation, through to billing out and invoicing files etc.
With an emphasis on Customer Service and attention to detail, this role requires a candidate who can communicate well across all levels with colleagues, customers and suppliers and is passionate about their working, always striving to offer the highest possible levels of service.
