Do you have experience in working with young adults or children?
I'm currently looking for students or recent graduates with experience on placement or in voluntary or paid work of working with Young Adults and Children. This could be in an education setting, Prison, social care or healthcare provision.
I work with a large number of organisations locally who require support workers to work in Residential care settings with young people. They specialise in all kinds of learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour, substance miss-use and many more.
You will be required to give support to the service users in day to day aspects of life, attending school, activities, promoting confidence and independent living skills and motivating them to make something of their young lives.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in working with young adults and/or children. You will be supportive, and passionate about working with some challenging individuals.
