A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive to work in a vibrant and dynamic company. Looking for candidates to fit into the team of dedicated telemarketers and support the company within database management and business development for their large portfolio of high end clients. Our client is looking to expand their team and there are a number of roles available.
Responsibilities required for the role of the Telemarketer:
Day to day calling on our range of accounts including calling on behalf of the company with a view to reaching the aims of the clients, whether that is arranging appointments, generating leads, cleaning data or undertaking market research.
Booking new meetings with prospective clients
Making upwards of 100 outbound calls per day
Filling in databases or CRM systems accurately and with high levels of detail
Complete detailed records of the calls made on either a CRM system or an excel database.
Represent our clients in a business-like and professional manner.
Attend weekly meeting and offer input and feedback to help with the continued growth of the company
Skills and Experience required for the role of the Telemarketer:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think on your feet and use features and benefits
A good clear telephone manner
Tenacity and resilience
Basic IT skills Word, Excel etc.
This role would suit candidates from the following geographic areas:
