ESR Group are recruiting for the leading Global freight player, they are looking for Global Ocean Freight Customer Solutions Consultant

Purpose

  • To create supply chain solutions to support the development of large volume customers, which is in line with our Growth Strategy for global ocean freight
  • To provide vertical market specific solutions to Regional customers, including support to our Business Development and GKAM / KAM functions
  • To support the development of the Global Supply Chain Solutions methodology enabling us to provide solutions that integrates further with our existing customers. Main Tasks Accountable
  • Working as a direct report to the Head of Solutions Design and Customer Val-ue to

Customers

  • with key customers Market analysis in given and the sharing of this information within the O.C.S teams and monthly presentation material updates
  • Data analysis and kpi reporting
  • Define and Build tools, techniques and value approached required to enable us to support Sales and OCS to deliver the Value Sell on large target accounts
  • Support Regional OCS teams will large scale projects, (as agreed with the OCS Product Development Manager)
  • Where requested by Central GKAM (Global Key Account Management), work directly

Internal Customers:

  • Ensure all vertical market solutions are formally documented and case study material gathered at implementation to support cross selling of initiatives to al-ternative customers
  • Regions / Countries:
  • Ensure the Product Development plan provides access to tools, techniques, value props and case studies that the Regional and Country OCS teams can use

Training of vertical market solutions into regional OCS teams

OCS Customer Systems:

  • Work with the OCS Customer Systems manager to ensure Solutions are 'fit for purpose' and developed in a manner that is:
  • Customer centric
  • Future centric
  • Cost centric
  • Not unnecessarily over-engineered
